First you need to decide which type of hosting you want to order. We offer 3 types of hosting. You can choose to order shared web hosting, reseller hosting or vps hosting based on your needs.
On each type of hosting that we offer, there are different hosting plans to select. For example, if you are just starting a blog, you can select to order the smallest plan(tiny plan). If you already host your site some where else and would like to move it to our hosting service, select the plan which matches your current diskspace and bandwidth requirements.
On the selected order details page, specify your domain name, billing period and e-mail address. Remember that you will get more discounted pricing on longer billing periods. But, if you are a new customer and would like to test our service first, select monthly payment plan. You can always ask us to convert your billing period from monthly to yearly if you are satisfied with our service.
If you already have/had a hosting service with us, you will be asked to enter your pre existing client area password to enter. If you are a new customer, you will be shown a form to enter your name, address and other details.
You will be shown a hosting service invoice to pay in next step. Check your domain name or billing period and confirm that it is as you specified in previous steps. If everything is ok, Click PayPal payment button and goto PayPal. Make your payment with card or paypal funds. After payment, Click return to come back to our site.
When you come back from PayPal payments page, your hosting account will be automatically setup and you will be shown with your hosting account login info including control panel url, user name and password. Remember that Reseller and VPS hosting orders are manually verified and activated and hence may take upto 24 hours to complete account setup. Also, you can always open a support ticket asking additional information or help required.
